Description
Grown at 2230–2300 m in Hamasho Village, Sidama, Ethiopia, and processed by Asefa Dukamo and smallholder farmers, this washed lot expresses lemongrass, jasmine, Earl Grey, sugarcane, and peach notes. Light, tea-like, and refined—ideal for both espresso and filter. The acidity is bright and citric. Its body is silky and smooth. This cup evokes the elegance of fine tea. A clean and structured profile. Very suitable for manual brew methods. It opens with delicate florals and closes with citrus finesse.
